Here is what you can expect as we slowly open up our doors up to our community:
Before Your Appointment
- Our staff will be asking all patients screening questions. These questions will be repeated on the day of the appointment and your temperature will be taken before entering the office.
- Only the patients are allowed in the office. We are limiting extra companions to only those essential people.
At Your Appointment
- Before leaving your car, please call or text the office to alert us of your arrival. You will be given instructions on how to proceed.
- Patients are required to wear a mask before entering office. This is only removed when in operatory. Due to shortage of PPE's we cannot provide masks for patient.
- Requirements to enter the office. Pre-screening questions are answers, temperature is taken and hand sanitizers are provided for hand hygience.
- When you’re in the dental chair, you may notice some things look different from the last time you were here. We may be using and wearing different protective equipment. This could include different masks, face shields, gowns and googles. These additional precautions help protect both you and the dentist
- For aerosol producing procedures we will be using HVE (High Volume Evacuation) to eliminate aerosol production.
After Your Appointment
- You will be asked to observe hand hygiene before leaving the operatory and to wear your mask.
- As our usual practice, operatories will be disinfected using EPA approved products for use against SARS-CoV-2. To ensure aerosol elimination rooms are not in use for the next 45 minutes: 30 min. to let aerosol, 8 min disinfected and repeated for another 8 minute.
- Please notify the office of any signs of symptoms of COVID-19 within the next 14 days.
